FMGE Dec 2019 Pass Certificate released; DOWNLOAD NOW

New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released the FMGE Pass certificates to qualified candidates of Dec 2019 session. The same are available for download now.

The candidates can download the Pass Certificates by entering their Roll Number, Date of Birth (as provided in the Application Form) and Bar-code (sent to their registered email ID and registered mobile number).

Due to recent development of increase in incidence of COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) cases across the country, the schedule for "in-person" verification of credentials and finger biometrics has been deferred to a future date. Revised schedule shall be announced later.

The Pass certificates downloaded from NBE website shall be purely provisional subject to "inperson" verification of finger biometrics of candidates and required documents as detailed in NBE web notice dated 24-02-2020.

The candidates are hereby advised to exercise caution that the FMGE pass certificate may be presented to the medical councils for the purpose of seeking registration only if the candidate is in possession of documents as prescribed in NBE web notice dated 24-02-2020 and able to produce the same for "in-person" verification before NBE as and when NBE notifies the revised schedule.

Candidates are hereby informed that if ineligibility is detected at any stage, the FMGE pass certificate so issued shall be revoked and the medical councils shall be updated accordingly for action, as appropriate.

The National Board of Examinations (NBE), the conducting body of FMGE states that the FMGE-Screening Test has been introduced through the Screening Test Regulations 2002. As per the regulations, "An Indian citizen/Overseas citizen of India possessing a primary medical qualification awarded by any medical institution outside India who is desirous of getting provisional or permanent registration with Medical Council of India or any State Medical Council on or after 15.03.2002 shall have to qualify a screening test conducted by the prescribed authority for that purpose as per the provisions of section 13 of the Act."
