Contact Centre Services suspended at NBE due to coronavirus lockdown

New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the National Board of Examination (NBE) has informed about the hindrances that may occur if someone tries to contact the authority during the lockdown imposed by the government considering the ongoing coronavirus epidemic.

The NBE has clearly stated in its notice that due to recent development of an increase in the incidence of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) cases all across in the country, and the Lockdown order of Government of India for 21 days, the Contact Centre Services of National Board of Examinations shall remain suspended till further orders.

In case of any unavoidable query, the same may be sent through email to the respective department of NBE or feedback@natboard.edu.in. NBE will make all efforts to respond to the queries at the earliest but due to nonavailability of staff the same may get delayed. Inconvenience is duly regretted, added NBE's notice.
