WBUHS issues notice for PhD scholars admitting batch 2019 to submit required documents

Kolkata: Through a recent notice, the West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS) has informed about the list of documents that are required to be submitted by the PhD scholars admitting batch 2019.
The notice stated the following:
It is hereby notified that all PhD Scholars admitting batch,2019, are hereby instructed to upload the following documents within two weeks i.e. before 17th March: 

1.

NOC from Employer,current place of posting and place ofproposed PhD work: Stating permission is accorded to respective student to undertake the PhD program under the University.

2.

Recognized Supervisor: Prescribed proforma for recognition as Supervisor, CoSupervisor as per UGC eligibility criteria, Supervisor's Consent & Bio-data. (It is the prerogative of the candidate to choose a suitable recognized Guide in relation to his/her research topic frm respective Faculty & Discipline)

3.

Co-Supervisor/s:As per UGC criteria for specialized field of research from same department/other departments from place of PhD research work/otherwise

4.

Consent from respective HOD and Head of the institute for conducting proposed PhD research in affiliated institutes conducting PG programs under Regulatory bodies & University.

5.

Submission of Research Proposal & summary page Pdf in prescribed format through Departmental Research Advisory Committee (within 6 months of admission).

6.

Statutory Permission(s) & Ethical clearances from concerned Ethical Committees/competent authorities (Institutional Ethical clearance certificate, Animal Ethical clearance certificate etc as may be applicable) to be submitted along with Research Proposal.

7.

Registration certificate from respective Councils as applicable.
