Construction of Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College Hospital to begin; NBCC invites bids

Chamba: NBCC (India) Limited, National Buildings Construction Corporation has invited bids for the construction of a new building of Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College and Hospital (Phase-1) on design, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis. This institute is going to established at Chamba in Himachal Pradesh.

The buildings include 200 bedded hospital, three hostels, residential quarters type-III/36 units, residential quarters type-IV/24 units, service blocks, ESS block etc. The project consists of maximum G+ five structure.

According to NBCC, the scope of work for the construction of the medical college building includes design, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of RCC Framed Structure buildings comprising civil works, external and internal electrical works, external and internal plumbing works, STP, ETP, fire fighting works, HVAC works, landscaping works, medical services as per the Apex medical regulator, Medical Council of India (MCI) regulations.
