MCI inspects Dr Radha Krishanan Memorial Medical College Hamirpur

Hamirpur: A team of the Medical Council of India (MCI) recently visited the Dr Radha Krishanan Memorial Medical College, Hamirpur and inspected the working of the institution in the morning hours.

The apex medical regulator team checked the degrees of the Doctors posted in the medical institute and also inspected the classrooms and laboratories checking their functioning. It was reportedly the second tour of the team to the Medical College since its inception.

The team is likely to submit its report to the MCI on the basis of which it would be decided whether to give permission to the College for running classes in the next academic session or not. The College has been conducting classes for the students running for the last two sessions and that too in the hall of Multipurpose workers training school at Hamirpur, reports UNI.

Dr Radhakrishnan Government Medical College (RGMC Hamirpur )is one of the Second oldest medical colleges in Himachal Pradesh, is popularly known as RGMC Medical College. The Medical College was implemented in the year 2017 to provide High-Quality Education in medical science.

RGMC Hamirpur is affiliated with Himachal Pradesh University and approved by the Medical Council of India. Right now, the medical college offers MBBS course for 100 seats.

The medical college provides a good ratio of well trained and highly educated faculty members equipped with all the modern technology. It also provides sufficient numbers of non-technical staffs to provide an ambience of self-learning to the students. The college is committed to uplift the health care education and output delivery system for the people of the country.
