Punjab: Baba Farid University of Health Sciences has announced a change in the dates of Punjab Medical Entrance Test (PMET) 2016, due to unavailability of adequate computers on the earlier scheduled date of examination. This is the first time that BFUHS Faridkot is conducting the PMET online.
As per the new notification, the entrance test will now be held on June 11, 2016 instead of June 12, 2016 as announced earlier.
More than 16,000 students have applied for the Punjab Medical Entrance Test (PMET), 2016 for taking admission into Medical and Dental Colleges in the state.
As per the Notification, the New Schedule is as follow:
- Date of PMET-2016 - 11th June, 2016. Time and venue of the entrance test will be printed on Admit cards
- Availability of the Question paper and Answer key of PMET 2016 - 12th and 13th June, 2016
- Last Date of submission of Objection regarding Question Paper and Answer Key of PMET-2016 - Upto 13th June, 2016 5:00 pm
- Declaration of Result - By 15th June, 2016
- Request for Correction in Online Registration Data - Upto 6th June, 2016, 5:00 pm
Due to the High number of applications the few Centres will also be allotted in the adjoining states like Haryana and Jammu.
