NEET SS: MCC Issues notice for Revised Schedule of Stray Vacancy Round

Through a recent notice, Medical counseling Committee has informed about the revised schedule of the stray vacancy round by MCC DGHS. The full notice along with the details of the original website of MCC is given.
In compliance of directions passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in W.P. (C) 8823 & CM APPL. 33936/2018 dated 24.08.2018 all the candidates of National Online NEET Super Speciality (D.M. / M.Ch.) seats: 2018 are hereby informed that STRAY VACANCY ROUND of the NEET SS: 2018 counselling will be conducted by MCC/DGHS as per the revised schedule uploaded on the website of MCC 

Candidates eligible for Stray Vacancy Round are as follows:-

1. Registered Candidates not admitted/not joined the seat during Round- 1 of the counselling.
2. Registered Candidates not allotted the seat during Round-2 of the counselling.

Candidates Not-eligible for Stray Vacancy Round are as follows:-

1. Candidates not opted for Stray Vacancy Round.(By giving their willingness if not to be included in Stray Vacancy Round)
2. Admitted candidates of Round-1/Round-2.
3. Allotted candidates of Round-2 who did not join the allotted seat.

Moreover, there would be no fresh Registration/ fresh choice filling for Stray Vacancy Round. Choices filled earlier by the candidates during Round-2 will be considered for Stray Vacancy Round seat allotment.

All the eligible candidates for Stray Vacancy Round not willing to participate in Stray Vacancy Round to be conducted by MCC/DGHS are required to submit their unwillingness on email id adgme.mcctech@gmail.com by 27.08.2018 (
5:00PM). In case of absence of giving unwillingness email by the candidate, it will be presumed that candidate is interested to participate in Stray Vacancy Round and his/ her name will be included for processing.

A special emphasis of eligible candidates of Stray Vacancy Round is highlighted towards “Security fees forfeiture” clause i.e. in case seat is allotted during the Stray Vacancy Round and the candidate does not report at the college/institution and join the allotted seat there would be the penalty of forfeiture of security fees.

Attention:- Candidates who are allotted a seat in Stray Vacancy Round and do not join the allotted college will get their Security deposit forfeited.
