NEET PG Center fiasco: Health Minister assures action, to meet NBE Director

New Delhi: Following Sunday's chaotic mismanagement of the NBE conducted examination at the Digital Centre at Mundika Metro Station in Delhi, where 11 students failed to sit for their NEET PG entrance exam, a meeting was held between Mr. Ashwini Choubey, MoS, Health and Family Welfare, FORDA Officials along with aggrieved examinees of the Mundka centre of NEET MD/MS Examination.

The Minister is believed to have assured the students that he will look into the matter considering the gravity of the situation. The examinees related the entire episode to the Minister complained of the misconduct of officials.


Dr Vivek Chouksey President FORDA, Told Medical Dialogues, " We had a meeting with Shri Ashwini Choubey Ji, MoS, Health and Family Welfare regarding yesterday's incidence of mismanagement and misbehaviour with examinees at the Mundka centre of NEET MD/MS Examination. Along with us, we took the students who were not allowed to appear for the exam and their parents. Shri Choubey ji listened to our grievances patiently and also took account of the whole incidence. Considering the gravity of the situation and misconduct by officials at the centre, sir has called upon the Director of the National Board of Examination (NBE) tomorrow. Shri Choubey sir will discuss the issue with him and will be taking necessary action in this regard. He also assured us of taking strict action against the officials who are at fault in this whole incidence."
