NEET PG 2017 Postponed in Chennai due to cyclone

The National Board of Examination (NBE) has Postponed the NEET PG 2017 exam that was supposed to held on 13th December,2016 in Chennai due to the vardah Cyclone.

However, it is only the afternoon session that has been postponed. The morning session was conducted as per the schedule. In a notice, the Board has said that the revised schedule will be intimidated informed shortly.

The exam was scheduled to be at six centers.

Following is the list of Chennai centres

  1. Apollo Engineering College, Sriperumbudur

  2. Chennai Institute of Technology, Kundrathur

  3. Dhanalakshmi Engineering College, Manimangalam Post

  4. EduSurge, Alwarpet

  5. EduSurge, Ambattur

  6. Prometric Testing Private Limited, Kodambakkam

The NBE website also clarified the same information with the notice stating

1)The conduct of NEET PG at all Chennai test centres on 13/12/2016 has been deferred due to inclement weather conditions.

2) The revised schedule of NEET PG for candidates scheduled at Chennai test centres on 13/12/2016 shall be informed shortly.
