NEET-II exam alert: List of Items, allowed and not allowed inside the examination Hall

To conduct the exam in smooth and fair mode, The central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the list of items which are allowed and which are not allowed to inside the Examination Hall. The NEET II is being conducted by the CBSE as per the directives of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Following items are not allowed inside the examination centres:-


a) Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, Geometry / Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Claculator, Pen, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Eraser, Log Table, Electronic Pen/ Scanner Etc.


b) Any communication device like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Band Etc.


c) Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Hair-pin, Hair-band, Belt, Cap, etc.


d) All ornaments like Ring, Earring, Nose-pin, Chain/ Necklece, Pendants, Badge, Brooch etc. should be carefully checked.


e) Any watch/ Wrist Watch, Camera, etc.


f) Any metallic item


g) Any eatable item opened or packed, water bottle etc.


h) Any other item which could be used for unfair means for hiding communication devices like camera, blue tooth device etc.


Following dress code has been advised to the candidate appearing in AIPMT examination:-


a) Candidate are wearing light clothes which cannot be used for hiding any instruments or communication devices.


b) Candidates have been advised to wear half sleeves but not having big buttons or any badge, brooches etc. which could be used to hide the communication devices, blue tooth, camera, etc.


c) Candidates are wearing slippers, sandals and not the shoes.


However, candidates coming in customary/ religious dresses should report at the centre by 8:30 a.m. for proper frisking. Candidates are directed not to be items which are not allowed at centres, as no place for safe keeping will be made available at the centres.
