NEET 2019: OJEE Extends Dates for MBBS and BDS Counselling Check Out Details
Odisha: Through a recent notification Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE 2019) has extended the dates for MBBS and BDS Counselling
It is informed to all the registered MBBS/BDS Candidates who have completed their document verification, that looking at the last date of verification of EWS certificate on 3rd of July 2019, the choice filling/ locking, 1st round allotment and reporting for provisional admission is hereby extended as follows.
Candidates are also requested to view the STATE MERIT LIST OF MBBS, BDS OJEE - 2019 here
DOCUMENTS TO BE VERIFIED AT NODAL CENTERS
Original certificates will be verified and one set of self-attested photocopy has to be submitted. Candidate is advised to take back the original certificates after document verification. Nodal Center will receive only photocopy of verified documents.
i. NEET Rank card
ii. OJEE registration page
iii. 10th Board Certificate and mark sheet
iv. +2 Sc. pass certificate and mark sheet
v. College/School leaving certificate (Original College/School leaving certificate is mandatory during provisional admission, after getting seat allotment. At the time of document verification, this is optional).
vi. Resident certificate of Odisha (Form–III, See Rule-3 of Govt. of Odisha)
vii. SC/ST Certificate by birth issued by competent authority, Government of Odisha (See Rule8(I))
viii. Green Card issued by Family Welfare Dept. Government of Odisha only.
ix. Ex Serviceman list is sent by Rajya Sainik Board, so no document for Ex-Serviceman reservation candidate will be verified at Nodal center. (Names of candidates sent by Rajya Sainik Board will be considered for Ex-serviceman quota seat.)
x. FOR PC Candidate - Candidates interested to avail Physical Challenged category quota, must appear before the medical Board on scheduled date at SCB Medical College, Cuttack. Report from Medical board is final and binding for getting PC quota seat and no other kind of documents are acceptable.
xi. For Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) category - Candidates interested to avail EWS, must produce EWS Certificate issued by competent authority, Government of Odisha not below the rank of Tahsildar.
Counselling Fee: Before reporting at Nodal Center for document verification, candidates have to pay the counselling fee of Rs1000/- (one thousand only) by online mode which is available at candidate login in ojee webpage (using debit card/credit card/net banking) or by using SBI challan (which can be printed inside candidates login) and by depositing the amount at any SBI branch. Payment proof should be submitted at Nodal Center.
FOR NRI CANDIDATES
Candidates interested to avail quota of Non Resident Indian (NRI) category, must have qualified NEET (UG)-2019. They are required to produce the following documents in original during verification to claim for the quota.
1.
i. Valid pass port
ii. Valid VISA
iii. Consignment/work order
iv. Sponsorship letter mentioning residential address outside India.
2. 10th board certificate and mark sheet
3. +2 Sc. pass certificate and mark sheet
4. College/School leaving certificate (Original College/School leaving certificate is mandatory during provisional admission, after getting seat allotment. At the time of document verification, this is optional).
FEE STRUCTURE
Candidates are to follow the fee structure available for respective colleges as approved by Government from time to time. The details will be available from respective institutions.
The Fees to be deposited shall be as under:
1. For Government Medical/Dental Colleges - Rs. 30,000/- per annum.
NB: Additional fees as prescribed by concerned University / College may be collected at institutional level which may vary from institution to institution.
2. The Fees to be deposited for MBBS course in Private Medical Colleges:
Hi-Tech MCH Bhubaneswar - Rs.6,50,000/- per annum,
Hi-Tech MCH Rourkela - Rs.5,50,000/- per annum
3. The Fees to be deposited for Private Dental Colleges is Rs. 3,00,000/- per annum.
4. NRI candidates have to pay four times of the above fees in private colleges.

NB:The above seat matrix is strictly provisional. In the event of permission granted by Government of India for enhancement/ retention of seats at any college the seat matrix shall be changed accordingly and made available to candidates.
For Hi-Tech Rourkela the seats will be displayed after finalization of number of seats to be available for counseling.
If any college is derecognized by MCI, then the name of college will be deleted from counseling.
