NEET 2019 Counselling: MCC Announces Round 1 result for MBBS, BDS admissions, MAMC TOP Choice

New Delhi: After first announcing and then withdrawing the Round 1 results of NEET 2019 Counselling, the Medical Counselling Committee has once again announced the final result for round 1 NEET UG 2019.

Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) has once again appeared to be the top choice for pursuing MBBS course with 18 out of the top 20 candidates opting for MAMC. Also, among the popular choices include BJ Medical College, Vardhman Mahavir Medical College (VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital), Seth GS Medical College, Mumbai, University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi.

The counseling for All India Quota seats/ Institutional Quota/ Domicile (internal candidates) of Central Universities (Aligarh Muslim University/ Banaras Hindu University/ University of Delhi/Faculty of Dentistry, Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi), (wards of ESIC insured persons) seats of colleges under Employee State Insurance Corporation and Armed Forces Medical College, Pune for the Under graduate session 2019-20 will be conducted by Medical Counseling Committee/ Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

What Next?

With the declaration of the round 1 results, the next step for candidates is to e. Report at the allotted Medical/Dental College against 1st Round (free entry/exit option available).

Free Exit Option is now available after round 1 which means that means if a candidate allotted a seat in Ist Round and even if a candidate does not report/join the allotted college he would not be penalized (security deposit will not be forfeited ) and eligible for subsequent rounds.
