NEET 2018 Syllabus: CBSE issues Clarification
New Delhi: Responding to a series of media reports stating that there would be a change in the syllabus of the NEET 2018 in order to incorporate the state board syllabus, the CBSE has recently issued a clarification stating that no such changes will be made for the upcoming exam.
The clarification clearly stated
The clarification was issued by the CBSE on its website cbseneet.nic.in. The clarification puts an end to a number of rumors that had begun following an interview of the Union Human Resources Development Minister Prakash Javadekar with The New Indian Express ." Today we had a special meeting (on NEET) and we have decided that we will take into account curricula of all State boards while framing the question paper for NEET so that students of State boards are not at any disadvantage from this year" he had told the daily.
However, the announcement had immediately been slammed by students and parents alike, who had questioned on how can the government announce changes in the curriculum just a few months before the exam.

"The syllabus of NEET (UG) 2018 will be exactly same as it was for NEET (UG) 2017. There is no change in the syllabus of NEET (UG) 2018”
