NEET 2017 Counselling begins, Check out the Schedule

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court of India has directed the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare to hold Online Counseling for 15 percent All India Quota undergraduate MBBS/BDS seats.


In order to comply with these directions Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has constituted a Medical Counseling Committee (MCC).


Online Counseling shall be conducted on the basis of NEET UG Result 2017 declared by the CBSE, New Delhi.


Indian nationals, Non Resident Indians (NRIs), Oversees Citizen of India (OCIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) and foreign nationals are eligible for 15% all India quota seats.


Seat allotment will be done from 13 July to 14 July and the round 2 result will be declared on 8 August.


Classes for MBBS/ BDS first year courses will begin on 4 August.
