NBE Releases Eligibility criteria for DNB CET Super Specialty Courses 2017

Kindly refer to Information Bulletin for DNB CET SS & the eligibility for admission to DNB CET Super Specialty Courses.


NBE has clarified that the eligibility criteria for admission to DNB Super Specialty Courses for January 2017 admission session is as follows:


Candidate should possess MD/MS degree or Provisional Pass Certificate issued on or before 31/12/2016 in the eligible specialty. MD/MS qualification should be recognized as per the provisions of Indian Medical Council Act 1956


OR, The candidate should possess DNB qualification in the eligible specialty. DNB degree/Provisional Pass Certificate should have been issued on or before 31/12/2016.


OR, The duration of MD/MS training should be 3 years.


The entire MD/MS/DNB training should have been completed by 31/12/2016.


It is further clarified that candidate with MD/MS qualification has to produce a documentary evidence in support of his/her Postgraduate Medical Degree being recognized as per the provisions of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 Under Section 11(2) OR has to produce an Additional Qualification Registration Certificate by MCI/ SMC at the time of DNB CET SS Counseling
