MUHS to conduct MOP- UP Round Counselling to Fellowship, Certificate Courses, details

Maharashtra: The Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) publish the list of the applicant(s) eligible for MOP UP Round (personalized counselling) to be held for the vacant seat(s) of Fellowship and/or Certificate Courses for A.Y. 2018-19 through Centralized Online Admission Process at the University (Teachers Training Institute (TTI) Auditorium, MUHS, Nashik Main Administrative Campus, Vani Road, Mhasrul, Nashik ) on 02/03/2019, Morning 11:00 a.m.

Accordingly, MUHS directed to publish Training Centre wise provisional list of vacant seat position for MOP-UP Round.

Affiliated Training Centers are requested to peruse the above-said list(s) meticulously and discrepancy or changes, if any; shall be brought to the notice of the University immediately.

Moreover, on the basis of queries received from the stakeholders regarding MOP- UP Round

(Click here to download the information about MOP- UP Round), the required information regarding the same is available for information to all the concerned. No Quota and other reservation policy are applicable in MOP- UP Round.

Also, pertaining to the above admission process, it is again made clear that, following types of applicants shall be eligible for MOP- UP Round, also they have remained present in person for personalised counselling with all the relevant documents and eligible applicant shall be given the Allotment letter as per policy decision of the University for MOP UP Round:-

Type 1: Those applicants who has joined the allotted Training Center and not submitted retention form after allotment done in Second Round of Centralized online admission process for Fellowship / Certificate Course A.Y. 2018-19. &

Type 2: Those applicants who has not got any allotment in the Second Round of Centralized online admission process for Fellowship / Certificate Course A.Y. 2018-19.

Again it is made clear that the above types of candidates willing to appear for MOP-UP Round shall physically remain present in person at their own cost to said venue and time (MUHS Teachers Training Institute (TTI) Auditorium, MUHS Nashik Main Administrative Campus, Vani Road, Mhasrul, Nashik ) on 02/03/2019, Morning 11:00 a.m.) with relevant original document(s)/ self attested photocopy of educational documents prescribed by the University.

The candidate shall report within the time for MOP-UP Round and no any delay in reporting/registration for the MOP-UP Round will be permitted. Applicant(s) selected in the MOP UP round will get the allotment letter by hand from the University.

Further, at this point, it is again made clear that no affiliated Training Center shall admit the student(s) to Fellowship / Certificate Course directly at their end. As for the Academic Year 2018-19, the University has adopted a Centralized online admission process for admission to Fellowship / Certificate Course. All the affiliated Training Center shall strictly note the same and shall not admit any student(s) for Fellowship / Certificate Course at their level. It is the duty of the concerned applicant / recognized Training centre to visit the University website regularly for further updates if any; in the matter.
