MUHS releases notification for Convocation 2019 for in absentia; Details

Nashik: Through a recent notice Maharashtra University of Health Sciences has released a notification regarding Convocation 2019.

In continuation to the earlier Notification No.42/2019 issued under reference No.MUHS/XA/2677/2019 dated 19/09/2019, it is hereby informed to all the concerned that the Successful candidates of the following courses will be also awarded the Degree Certificates in the said convocation:



























1M.D. (Medical)Winter 2019
2M.S. (Medical)Winter 2019
3M.Sc. (Medical Biochemistry)Winter 2019
4PG Diploma (Medical)Winter 2019


Students of earlier courses and batches covered during last, i.e. 18th Convocation Ceremony can apply only in absentia. Degree Certificates of all the candidates, who opt to receive their Degree Certificates in absentia, will be sent to their respective colleges. However, students covered under the above-mentioned courses can apply for receiving the Degree Certificate either in person or in absentia. No change in a mode of receipt of Degree Certificate will be permitted once opted.


"Printed Application Form will not be available offline Eligible candidate shall download the Application Form and take a printout of it, which is displayed along with this Notification. Application, duly completed in all respect, should reach to the Controller of Examinations on or before 31/12/2019. If the application form is received after this date, Degree Certificate will be issued after Convocation Ceremony as per the due procedure," read the notice.


It is further informed that those candidates who fail to submit their application within stipulated time period and application received at a later date will attract late fee charges mentioned in University Circular dated 21/03/2014.
