Melaka Manipal Medical College mentor-student projects for research development

Manipal: Melaka Manipal Medical College’s 2^th mentored Student Project presentation for second year Bachelor of dental Surgery students was conducted recently.

The scientific poster presentations both related to dentistry were showcased under two categories original research and questionnaire-based studies,

There were a total of 10 posters in both categories.The assessment of students was carried out based on presentation skills, etiquette, technicality and content. The presenters were given two minutes for question answer sessions and eight minutes for presentation.

Best poster wards were given away to two posters from the original research category and one from the questionnaire category. Trophies to the winners were awarded at the valedictory function.

The MSP aims to horn research skills essential for career promotion and to create opportunity to write and present scientific work at undergraduate level.
