The most important thing is to believe that you can do…….

This was the small piece of advice that Dr Deeksha Bhalla, topper of the PGI entrance exam, wanted to share with all the PG medical aspirants in the country. Dr Deeksha is the proud Rank 1 holder of the entrance exam of PGI 2016 and has also secured rank 18 in the AIIMS medical entrance exam.

With both the exams having different patterns, Deeksha highlighted that one needs to have a different approach to problem solving in both the exams.

"AIIMS is a cerebral paper, the answer lies in the thread of the question. So one needs to read the question carefully and start by eliminating options. Nowadays its image based. Topics and pattern is repeated a lot, hence a student needs to be familiar with last years pattern."

"FOR PGI, there is no thread to the question, the question is three or four words only. These its all about the option because it's a multiple response. Hence a good point is not to get carried away, and answer the ones that one knows properly and avoid ones where one has doubt. So hence for PGI one needs to be more careful."

For the purpose and coaching and revision she joined internship test and discussion program at Dr. Bhatia Medical Coaching Institute ( DBMCI) in Delhi
