Puducherry: Medical students have a miraculous escape
Puducherry: Five students of the Tiruchirappalli government medical college had a miraculous escape when swift under sea dragged them away while bathing off Bommayarpalayam coast in the Bay of Bengal.
According to police,the students who were on a tour to Puducherry were trapped and hearing their scream for help, fishermen from the nearby area jumped into the sea and pulled them out. All the five were taken to the Pondicherry Institute of Medical sciences (PIMS) here.
One of the student was being treated at the Intensive care unit.
