MCC: Notice Regarding Stay On Transfer Of Vacant Seats
Medical Counselling Committee has issued a notice regarding stay on transfer of vacant seats.
As per the Order judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court vide dated 20/04/2018 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 357/2018. The vacant PG (MD/MS/Diploma & MDS) seats under 50% All India Quota for the academic session 2018-19 may not be treated as surrendered/reverted/transfer back to State Govt./Colleges till further order from Hon’ble Supreme Court.
