MBBS Microbiology paper leaked in Karnataka

Chitradurga: Embarrassment came to Basaveshwara Medical College when second-year MBBS Microbiology paper I got reportedly leaked. The leakage came to light 10 minutes after its distribution at Basaveshwara Medical College and Research Centre on Saturday, 7th July 2018. The paper leak reports started to do the rounds on social media soon after reported Deccan Herald. The exam all over the state of Karnataka had started at 9am. There is speculation about the involvement of college staff and doctors in the leak.


Dr Prashanth, Head Examinations, Basaveshhvara Medical College confirmed that the paper circulated on social media sites matched the one distributed to the students who sat for the exam. He, however, denied reports of the leakage having taken place in his college. “A thorough investigation can bring out the truth. We are ready for any kind of investigation," he added to the daijiworld.com.







"The paper was not leaked from our college. We do not know the source of paper leak. I am ready to face any enquiry," he told Deccan.
