Madhya Pradesh: MCI approves 4 PG seat increase at MGM Medical College

Indore: The Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College(MGMMC),has been granted a four PG seat increase by the Medical Council of India. Of the four allotments two are in Skin and the other two in the Radio therapy wing of the college.The skin Department has been given an additional raise of two seats after the appointment of Dr. HK Narang in the department.


“We have requested the Medical Council for increasing 40 PG seats as per new norms of seat increment on the basis of number of professors and associate professors. MCI has given us nod to increase four PG seats in two departments,” Acting Dean, Dr Sanjay Dixit told the Free press Journal.


The Medical Council of India will be receiving a fresh request for being granted this increase of seats by March 9, the Dean said.
