Karnataka Medical Colleges to get an additional 350 MBBS seats

Bengaluru: The Medical Education Department, Karnataka is paving the way for 50 additional seats in each of the Government Medical Colleges in Mandya, Hassan, Belagavi, Raichur, Bidar and Shivamogga .This announcement was made by the Medical Director, Mr. Sachidananda . Karnataka will now be adding 350 seats in its Government Medical Colleges this year.


“The department has applied for clearance from the Medical Council of India (MCI),” said the Medical Director.


The intake of student strength at Hubballi Government Medical College will increase from 150 to 200 reports Hindu.
