JIPMER Puducherry organises Awareness skit

Puducherry: As part of its sanitation week celebrations, Jawharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) organised a sanitation awareness skit "Peyottam".

The Nursing students of JIPMER performed and highlighted the importance of hospital sanitation and personal hygiene, according to a Jipmer statement.

The patients of JIPMER and their relatives watched the skit, inaugurated by JIPMER Director Dr SC Parija, in the presence of Medical Superintendent Dr J Balachander. Former Dean of Pondicherry University KA Gunasekeran penned the skit, while JIPMER Sanitary inspector Pethannan directed the screen play.
