JIPMER gets Dr Ashok Shankar as new Medical Superintendent
Puducherry: Dr Ashok Shankar Badhe has been appointed as Medical Superintendent of Jawharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (Jipmer) here.
His appointment followed the retirement of Dr. Balachander from the post.
Dr. Badhe has been serving Jipmer in various capacities for more than 30 years. He is a professor of Anesthesiology and has headed the department of Anesthesiology and critical care for many years and has received Life time Achievement award for contribution in Anesthesiology, according to a Jipmer release.
