Interactive session on Aesthetic Surgery held at JIPMER

Puducherry: The 61st Interactive session of the "Jipmer health Education Initiative" focused on "Aesthetic (Cosmetic) Surgery" - Is it only for film stars or ordinary people also?" was held at Jipmer on Tuesday.


As many as 300 people including students from various colleges, Anganwadi Workers, JIPMER Staff & General public participated in the session focused on creating public awareness on the need, importance and concerns regarding Aesthetic (Cosmetic) Surgery.


The session was addressed by specialist doctors from various departments.
They also discussed the topic in depth and answered the questions raised by the audience.


The session was made Live Telecast to all Medical Colleges of South India under National Medical College Network (NMCN) Project through JIPMER Regional Resource Centre.
