Gondia Medical College granted Rs. 2.66 crore for equipment Purchase

Nagpur: Administrative approval has been granted to Government Medical College, Gondia through a resolution issued by the Medical Education Department(MED), on Monday for procurement of equipment through the state plan grant for the financial year 2018-19.

Rs 2.66 crore is now available for equipment purchase for the new government medical college. Rs 65.95 lakh had been sanctioned earlier for the above, under the district annual plan and another total of Rs.2.66 crore granted recently for equipment purchases for the new coming up GMC, Gondia reported TOI.

A CT Scan machine is one of the equipment to be procured from the funds.
