Fire breaks out at Indira Gandhi Medical College Shimla
Shimla: A fire broke out in the pathology lab of Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital (IGMC) recently, damaging the furniture and equipment.
Fire tenders were rushed to the spot to douse the flames.
According to the sources, due to prompt action, a major loss to the public properties were averted.
The fire had broken out due to short circuit. A total of three fire tenders were rushed to the spot and dodged the fire within an half an hour.
According to officials, the fire was doused in an hour and no causalities were reported.
