DU, BHU NEET PG Counselling 2019 Results Declared; MD Medicine from MAMC most preferred

New Delhi: With the NEET PG 2019 First Round of Online Counselling for All India Quota seats for PG medical courses being declared, the seat allotment list for PG Medical admissions at Delhi University (DU) and Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has been published.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the results for the NEET PG 2019 First Round of Online Seat Allocation/Counselling for All India Quota seats for PG medical courses, MD/MS/MCh (6 years)/DM (6 years), for the academic year 2019-2020. According to the list, Delhi-based renowned Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) has emerged as the most preferred choice for high scorers this year.

The top three NEET PG rankers have chosen MD Medicine from MAMC. Following PG in Medicine, MD Radiodiagnosis has appeared as the second most preferred.

Candidates who scored good ranks in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for PG medical courses, NEET PG had participated in the online counselling process for All India quota.

Allotment letter

The MCC has also issued the allotment letter on its website. Registered candidates can now go to the official website of MCC and log in their credentials to download the allotment letter for further process.

MCC conducts counselling for the following Institutions/Universities:-

a) 50 % All India Quota seats for all State Govt. medical/dental colleges/institutes, except state of Jammu and Kashmir as per merit of PG NEET 2019. b) For all PG seats of the Deemed Universities as per merit of PG NEET 2019. c) 50 % institutional quota seats for Central Universities of Delhi University, Aligarh Muslim University, and Banaras Hindu University. d) PG counseling for institutes of Armed Forces Medical Services. e) The state Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and Telengana are participating in online counseling of All India Quota from the academic year 2019-20 onwards.
