25 Tanda Medical College Medicos booked for assault

Kangra: A resident of Borhbala faced tyrannical assault and pandemonium in his house at the hands of 25 medical students of Dr Rajendra Prasad Govt Medical College, Tanda, leading to the matter being reported by him to the police on Sunday.

The attack followed a road rage act on the part of one of the attacker students of the medical college, who rammed his car into the victim's vehicle and got into an angry altercation with him when advised to drive cautiously, informed SHO, Kangra police station.

Elaborating further the SHO, Kuldeep Raj said Paramjeet in his complaint said spoke of the accused having ganged up with 25 of other medical students to threaten and assault him at his residence.

A case has been registered against Dr Raj Kumar and 24 other students. Arrests have yet to be made reported Tribune.
