DNB POST MBBS- NBE releases Schedule for Final Round Inperson Counseling
New Delhi: Through a recent notice National Board Of Examinations informed about the DNB (POST MBBS) Schedule for Final Round In-person Counseling. The notice with full details of the original website of NBE is given:
The Final Round of DNB (Post MBBS) Centralized Merit Based Counseling shall be conducted by NBE as per the schedule is given below at National Board of Examinations, PSP Area, Sector – 9, Dwarka (Landmark: Opp. District Court, Dwarka, New Delhi):

All the candidates who have registered for Online Counseling and have not been allotted with any seat during the first, second and third round of online counselling are eligible to participate in this Final Round of counselling. There is no fee to be paid for participation in Final Round of Counseling.
Candidates who have been allotted a confirmed seat during the online counselling (1st or 2nd or 3 rd Round) are NOT eligible to participate in the Final Round of Counseling irrespective of their joining/non-joining/resignation from the seat already allotted to them.

It is mandatory that the candidates who wish to participate in the Final Round of counselling have to produce the Counseling Participation Letter at the time of counselling downloaded from the website mentioned at the above link.
All the eligible candidates appearing for the final round of counselling also required to produce all the documents/certificates, in original, as mentioned in the Handbook of counselling for July 2018 admission session, failing which the candidate shall not be allowed to participate in the final round of counselling.
Candidates are required to submit a One-year course fee of Rs. 80000/-(Rupees Eighty Thousand Only) as Demand Draft (DD) in favour of National Board of Examinations payable at New Delhi while opting the seat in the final round of counselling, failing which the seat opted by them, shall not be allotted.
The Indicative seat matrix for the Final Round of counselling shall be made available on NBE website shortly. Final Seat matrix shall be notified at the NBE website and the Counseling venue prior to the commencement of the Final Round of counselling.
The candidates opting confirmed seats during the Final Round of counselling can download their allotment letter from the Counseling website https://counseling.nbe.edu.in/.
The candidate allotted with a confirmed seat during the Final Round of counselling has to join the allotted institute within the prescribed time (i.e. by 05.11.2018) mentioned in the counselling schedule available on the website.
Joining of the candidate is subject to verification of original documents and eligibility for admission to DNB (Post MBBS) as per NBE guidelines published in the Information Bulletin & Handbook for Admission to Diplomate of National Board Post Graduate Courses (Post MBBS) July 2018 Admission Session.
Candidates are required to make their own arrangements for boarding & lodging. Travel cost to appear in the Final Round of counselling shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
Candidates are advised to report to the counseling venue at the prescribed time. Candidates reporting after the prescribed time are liable to miss their turn in the Counseling/non-participation. NBE shall not be responsible for any delay in arrival due to any reason. No claim in this regard shall be entertained. NBE reserves its rights to take appropriate decisions in cases of late reporting by the candidates. However, no candidate under any circumstances shall be allowed to disrupt the existing flow of candidates for counselling if he/she reports late on any ground.
