DME Kerala Invites Applications for D pharm Regular Examination March 2019

Kerala: Through a recent notification, Directorate of Medical Education Kerala (DME Kerala) has invited applications to the D pharm Part II Regular Examination March 2019.


The last date for submitting the completed application form of candidates along with the required fee to the Principal of the College in which the student has undergone the course is 25/02/2019.


 

The Scheme of Examination uploaded on the original website of DME Kerala clearly states:




Applications are invited for registration to the Dpharm Part II Regular Examination March 2019 from students who have registered with the Board of D Pharm Examinations and who are eligible to appear for the above examinations as per ER 1991 of Pharmacy Council of India.

1Last date for submitting the completed application form of candidates along with the required fee to the Principal of the College in which the student has undergone the course25/02/2019
2Last date for receipt of applications of candidates by the Chairperson from the colleges28/02/2019
3Last date of receipt of Biodata of examiners by the Chairperson28/02/2019
4Last date of receipt of sessional marks by the Chairperson28/02/2019
5Commencement of theory examination27/03/2019
6Commencement of Practical Examination05/04/2019

The examination fee and mark list fee should be remitted in any of the Government treasuries in the state under the head of the account “0210-03-105-Allopathy 98 Exam fee and other fees” and the challan should be submitted along with the application form.


The Principal of each college will prepare a list of candidates appearing from their college in the serial order of Reg.No. of candidates and send it to the Chairman in the new application form along with filled hall ticket and challan receipt. Principals are requested to obtain application form and hall ticket from the office of the Directorate of Medical Education, Thiruvananthapuram.


The Bio-data of teachers for inclusion in the panel of examiners and sessional marks of all the candidates appearing from the college should be sent in the required proformas.


The Examination Fee as follows:


1. First Appearance : Rs.400/-
2. Subsequent Appearance : Rs.75/- per subject.
3. Marklist Fee : Rs. 20/-

The application should be made in the prescribed forms which are available in each college.
