"Everybody knows that there are many underprivileged children who are unable to pursue their studies due to the lack of financial support. Another fact is that the field of Medicine is faced with an acute shortage of Nurses and other Paramedical Professionals. This initiative will contribute positively to both these situations. Upon completion of their studies, the students will be valuable members of whichever organization they join. They are taught by a team of excellent, committed teachers who train them to be job-ready. The first batch started with 10 students in July 2014. All of them passed their course with high marks. What made it even more special was that the State topper in the

Dialysis Technician course was a product of this initiative. Out of the 10 students, 4 got placed in Kauvery Hospital while others were recruited by other organisations. The success of the first batch meant that the second batch had 26 students as the popularity of this initiative spread all over Tamil Nadu. They will be taking their exams soon and will be offered jobs once they clear their exams. We see a lot of scope in the future of this initiative and the number of students is only set to grow."
