The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is conducting All India Pre- Medical /Pre-Dental Entrance Test (AIPMT) on May 1. AIPMT is an annual medical entrance examination in India. The exam is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi for admissions to MBBS and BDS courses in several medical colleges across the country.

The exam will consist of 180 objective type questions based on Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology). The exam will be held for a duration of three hours i.e. 10 am to 1 pm.
The candidates can download the admit cards from the official website of C.B.S.E
The statesof Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Odisha, Rajasthan, UT of Chandigarh, University of Delhi, Armed Forces Medical College, Banaras Hindu University and Hamdard University, New Delhi have decided to voluntarily use the merit list of AIPMT 2016 for admission in the medical colleges/dental colleges .

- Display of OMR sheet: Between May 19 to May 23 (For any three days)
- Display of answer key: May 24 to May 26
- Declaration of results: June 5 (tentative)
