Chandigarh: The Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) will alert Candidates 9 times through a bell ringing system at the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) examination centres on July 24.As per the CBSE schedule the bell will ring between 9.30AM and 01.00 PM.

No entries into the examination hall will be allowed during the exam.

Dr Arvind Goyal, a PMT trainer, hoped the bell ringing schedule was not a replacement for wall clocks, as NEET calls for self monitoring of speed after every 10-15 minutes. He said an hourly bell was not an answer to wall clocks in each class room. He advised students to use mosquito repellents before entering the examination halls.
