Andhra Pradesh: PG medical student files police complaint

Andhra Pradesh: A post-graduate medical student in ASRAM Medical College has reportedly accused a youth of harassment, and gone ahead with lodging a police complaint on the matter.

She has alleged that she is facing harassment by a youth in the name of love.

The initial details emerging on the matter highlight that the accused visited the hospital and pestered the victim in the name of him. He later took away her gold possession. Following which he has been sending her numerous whats app messages and email. The situation has become averse with the youth even threatening to kill her if she does not marry him.

After which the victim has immediately approached the police and lodged a complaint against him. A police case has now been registered and the matter is currently under investigation.

As reported by Hansindia, according to the investigating officer, ASRAM Medical College student Mareedu Deepti, who hails from Penamaluru in Krishna district, is being harassed by one youth Tummala Venkatesh for the past few days.

On March 24, Venkatesh visited ASRAM Hospital and pestered her in the name of him. He also took away a 24-gram gold chain from her.
