HYDERABAD: A vacation bench of the High Court on Thursday issued a notice to the Telangana Private Medical and Dental Colleges Association in a contempt case. The Associations were petitioning for punishments to be given to the college managements for violating court orders by asking for bank guarantee for 50 per cent of the fee payable by students admitted to PG medical courses.
