AIIMS issues notice regarding admit card for PhD Courses for January, July, 2019 session

New Delhi: Through a recent notification All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi informed about the Departmental Assessment PhD Courses for January & July 2019 session (Combined) Entrance Examination of Result.

The notice states that all candidates eligible for Departmental Assessment for the PhD Courses January & July 2019 session (Combined) according to Result Notification No.68/2019 dated 29.05.2019 are hereby informed that they are required to download Stage-III Admit Card for Departmental Assessment from 10.06.2019 onwards.

Admit Card for Stage-III (Departmental Assessment) for the above course will be issued only to those eligible candidates who have uploaded their documents by 08.06.2019 (as mentioned in the Result Notification No.68/2019 dated 29.05.2019).

Candidates without Stage-III (Departmental Assessment) Admit Card will not be permitted to appear for the Departmental Assessment.

Candidates are, therefore, advised to comply with the necessary requirements as mentioned above.

Final Result - 24.06.2019

Declaration of Results

Results for PhD Programme will be available on the website at www.aiimsexams.org Result of individual candidate will NOT be informed on telephone and candidates are advised NOT to call the Examination Section for such information. However, the individual result can be checked after the closing of the admission process.

 General / OBC Category: Rs.1500/- + Transaction Charges as applicable
 SC/ST Category: Rs.1200/- + Transaction Charges as applicable
 PWBD Candidates is exempted from any Fee
Mode of payment: Through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking

All applicants are advised to read the Prospectus and Help Manual carefully before starting Online Registration and ensure that no column is left blank. In the event of rejection of the application form, no correspondence/request for reconsideration will be entertained. Applicants are also advised to download and take a print of the Registration Form. They should retain a copy of Registration Form till the completion of Admission Process.
