AIIMS Bhubaneswar Staff Nursing Exam 2018; Admit Card released

AIIMS Bhubaneswar has released the admit card for Staff Nurse Group B Exam 2018.In the first phase, Computer Based Test for 04 categories of posts has been conducted on 12th and 13th December 2017 in various cities.

In the 2nd phase, it is now being proposed to conduct the Computer Based Test/Exam for the following 06 categories of posts on 15th and 16th February 2018 (Thursday and Friday) in the cities viz. Bhubaneswar, Bangalore, Chennai, Cuttack, Guwahati, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow and New Delhi/NCR:

Since large number of candidates applied for the Post of Staff Nurse Grade-II (Nursing Officer) (AIIMS03) and opted for centre(s) in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Jaipur, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar constraints of computer nodes in existing cities and based on the contact address details provided by the applicants in their online application forms, some of the candidates are being allocated examination centre(s) in other cities in Odisha and other State(s) as per the availability of exam centre(s), as per the details given below:

In the above context, it is to bring to the NOTICE of the candidates to refer point nos. 16, 20 and 21 of General Conditions of Advertisement (page nos. 17 and 18) wherein it is clearly indicated that:

The Site of Computer Based Test(CBT)/Written Test (WT) will be preferable in Bhubaneswar or any other place as decided by the Director, AIIMS, Bhubaneswar. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the above CBT/WT. However, in case substantial numbers of candidates apply for a post, then the candidates may be allotted a centre as opted by them out of the centre viz. Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Kolkata, New Delhi and Bangalore. However, the candidates cannot claim as a matter of rights to be allotted a centre of their choice. The AIIMS, Bhubaneswar is having the discretion to allow a centre.

It may be noted that for the other categories of posts, the computer-based test/exam may be conducted during March/April 2018. Hence the candidates applied for various posts other than above 06 categories, are advised to visit AIIMS's website regularly for updated information about the examination date(s).

The web-link for downloading of E-Admit Card is being sent to all provisionally eligible candidates to their respective registered E-mail id from 2nd/3rd February 2018 onwards. In addition, SMS alert may also be sent to candidates' registered mobile for information. The centre name and address as mentioned in Admit Card should be treated as final for computer-based test and not at all changeable.

In view of this, the candidates are advised to verify carefully the details of exam city, centre name, address, date and timings of exam, reporting time, etc. in the E-Admit Card before proceeding to the respective centre/city for the exam.

Also such candidates may also report personally at Facilitation Counter to be operational on 14.02.2018 (Wednesday) from 10.00 AM to 01.00 PM along with 2 passport size photographs and related documentary evidence/certificates, etc, for redressel of their grievances/queries. The address of the Facilitation Counter will be provided in the website in due course of time.
