WBUHS Invites Applications For Diploma in Family Medicine Course

West Bengal: West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS) has invited applications for Diploma in Family Medicine Course.

The candidates, who are intending to pursue this course can now apply at the official website of West Bengal University of Health Sciences.

The information to this effect was recently confirmed via a recent notice uploaded on the site of WBUHS. The details of the notice are mentioned below:

"This is to inform intending candidates for Diploma in Family Medicine course (2018 – 2019) that fresh application forms will be available only from www.wbuhsexams.in which will have to be filled and uploaded as instructed in the form and the hard copies will be submitted to the University along with the demand draft of Rs. 3000/- (Rs. Three thousand only) drawn in favour of “The West Bengal University of Health Sciences” payable at Kolkata.

The dates of the different phases of the admission process are written hereunder, which are to be followed strictly by the candidates.

Forms to be submitted Online in www.wbuhsexams.in	Between 22.01.2019 to 28.01.2019
Last date of Submission of print-copy of forms at W.B. University of Health Sciences (except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays)	29.01.2019 ( 11.30 A.M to 4 P.M) ( Except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays )
Print-copies will not be received in the office of the WBUHS in person after 29.01.2019. However, print-copies sent by Speed Post will be received up to 30.01.2019 provided the enclosed “Bankers Cheque/Demand Draft” is purchased on or before 28.01.2019.
Admit cards of candidates appearing at Interview to be downloaded on and from	02.02.2019
Proposed date and time of Interview	04.02.2019 at the University premises., Verification of documents - From 11 AM onwards and interview/viva voce will start from 12.00 Noon
Declaration of results	On or before 09.02.2019
Counseling & Admission	To be notified later on
Session to start from	To be notified later on
