Fellowship, Certificate Courses 2019-20 at MUHS: Provisional List released
Mumbai: Through a recent notice, the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has published the Provisional list of eligible / conditional eligible / not eligible applicants including merit criteria after scrutiny for admission to be made by online Centralized admission procedure at affiliated Training Centre conducting Fellowship / Certificate Courses for A.Y. 2019-20.
All the concerned should note that, this is the provisional list of eligible / conditionally eligible / deficiencies / not eligible applications. These are likely to change as per clarification / quiries received by the University from the applicants.
In its notice, the MUHS has directed the concerned to peruse the said list and shall submit discripency found, (if any); to the University within stipulated time as mentioned below. Under the said list, those applicants whose names have been considered as conditionaly eligible, or those applicant who have not submitted hard copies of the online application form and / hard copies of documents required to decide the merit criteria (such as, Proof of Date of Birth / 12th marklist/ UG Final Year (Part-I & Part-II) marklist / PG Attempt Certificate / NOC / Experience Certificate/ Maharashtra State Domicile Certificate, as applicable) yet to the University. Such candidates are hereby directed to submit the hard copies as well as soft copies of these documents (if not submitted) as mentioned against their name(s) in the said list mentioned before Remark/Compliance column.
The link to print Online Application form is open for those candidates who have not submitted hard copies of the online application form and/ hard copies of documents required to decided the merit criteria (Click here to print Online Application form). These essential documents must reach to the University within working hours, latest by 10/02/2020 upto morning 11:00 a.m. (email : firstname.lastname@example.org). If the candidate fails to submit these (as per said list's Remark/Compliance column) documents/copies of the application form and / hard copies of documents required to decide the merit criteria within time, then his / her application will not be processed further and it will be decided as per policy decision of the University in this regards.
On the basis of various quries received regarding inservice Teaching Faculty quota, as per the Clause No. 18 of University Direction No. 05/2017 (Ammended), it is therefore made clear to all the concerned that :
A total of 50% of the available seats for each Fellowship/Certificate Course conducted by Govt/aided/Corporation Health Sciences Colleges Affiliated to this University shall be reserved only for in service teaching faculties from Govt/aided/Corporation Health Sciences Colleges Affiliated to this University. If these seats for in service teaching faculty remain vacant, they shall be filled as per the general merit list. However, If the Intake capacity for admission to Fellowship/Certificate Course conducted by any Training Center is one, in such case the said reservation will not be applicable to any training Center.
Accordingly, the candidates which are eligible as per above criteria shall check their in-service teaching faculty quota status and shall submit discripency found, (if any); to the University within stipulated time.
It is also pertinent to note that, some applicants who have submitted preferences for such Training Centres and/ or Fellowship Courses, which are not available for A.Y. 2019-20 as per List of Training Center and/or Fellowship Course mentioned in University Notification No. 47/2019 dtd. 12/12/2019, these candidates are need to review and opt the Fellowship Courses; from the available course as per list of Training Center and/or Fellowhip Courses of A.Y. 2019-20 as per mentioned in above Notification and accordingly submit their preference vide email latest by 10/02/2020 upto morning 11:00 a.m (email : email@example.com). If such candidate fails to submit the required information then their application cannot be considered by the University for further Admission Process.
Further, it is reeterated that, no written communication will be made to the applicant(s) / candidate(s) or to any recognized Training center by the University. Hence, for any updates and information, it will be the duty of the concerned applicant / recognized Training center to visit the University website regularly and check the details.
Further, the Dean / Principal / HOD of Training Centre(s) are requested to bring this Circular to the notice of all concerned candidate and give wide publicity to it by displaying the same at all Training Centres / College Notice board, the authorities have stated.
