Tamil Nadu: Stir for 50pc reservation for govt doctors for PG seats continues

Chennai: The Tamil Nadu Medical Officer Association doctors while staging their protest demanding 50 % quota for government doctors in PG courses let go balloons scribbled with slogans and demands into the sky on Wednesday. It was the 15^th day of there protest.

Government Kilpauk Medical College Student's Council sat in protest within the college premises; while the Service Doctors and Post Graduates Association stopped working. The students revealed that as a mark of protest they had stopped going for planned surgeries and attending medical camps, besides absenting themselves from classes
