Tamil Nadu: Applications invited for M.D Yoga and Naturopathy Courses

Chennai: Through a recent notice Directorate of Indian medicine and Homoeopathy, Chennai informed about the applications invited for MD Yoga and Naturopathy courses. The notice regarding this along with the full details of DME Tamil Nadu is given:

Applications are invited from Eligible Candidates for Admission to 15 seats in three years M.D (Yoga and Naturopathy) Post-Graduate course 2018-'19 session in the Government Yoga and Naturopathy Medical College & Hospital, Chennai-106.

2. QUALIFICATIONS FOR ADMISSION:

Candidates should possess regular Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences Medical Degree from T.N. Dr. M.G.R. Medical University / N.D (OSM) from recognized University. A proof should be enclosed. Candidates should have registered their names with the Tamil Nadu Board of Indian Medicine, Chennai. Candidates, who have qualified from other than Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University, should submit the Eligibility Certificate obtained from Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University and enclose the same with the Application Form.

3. APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Application forms and Prospectus may be downloaded from the Health Department website: www.tnhealth.org from 03-09-2018 to 21-09-2018. Application forms are not issued by the Selection Committee Office or by this Directorate. Filled in downloaded applications along with enclosures should be submitted before the last date along with a crossed demand draft for the value of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) towards the application fee. SC/SCA/ST candidates domiciled in Tamil Nadu are exempted from the payment of application fee of Rs.3,000/-. The crossed Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of 'DIRECTOR OF INDIAN MEDICINE AND HOMOEOPATHY, CHENNAI 600 106' made payable at CHENNAI from any Nationalized Bank obtained on or after 03-09-2018.

4. The completed application together with enclosures should reach "The Secretary, Selection Committee, Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy, Arignar Anna Government Hospital of Indian Medicine Campus, Arumbakkam, Chennai 600 106, Tamil Nadu" in the cover prescribed by the due date. Applications received after the due date and time for any reason including postal / courier service delay shall be rejected.
