This reduction in fee for PG (Non-clinical) seats is considered without prejudice to our persistent representation to increase the fee fixed by the Fees Committee for both Government and Management seats in clinical specialities with a view to sustaining the quality of medical education in our Institute and also to cross-subsidise the fees to increase the enrolment in non-clinical specialities for which the demand is decrasing year to year.
The proceeds with the prior approval of the PIMS Management Committed.
