Pulsation 17 sees 2000 medicos taking on Swachh initiative
Hyderabad: Pulsation 17, the annual sporting event hosted by students of Shadan Institute of Medical Sciences and Dr VRK Womens Medical College along with faculty and management took off with a 'swachh' demonstration on Tuesday.
A strong group of 2000 students participated in cleaning the surrounding area of the hospital.
Addressing the gathering at the occasion Secretary Shadan Educational Society Shadan Tehniyat said, "The ambiance here is full of life as students and medical professionals are seen actively coordinating and indulging in activities. It gives me immense joy to be a part of this celebration."
An MD student of the institute, told Hans India "Activities, sports, social and cultural gatherings play a crucial role in a doctor's life and contributes to his/her overall health and mental strength. This event gives a platform to the medicos to learn about certain factors and activities that invigorate them to become better people and responsible medical practitioners."
