PGIMER releases Admit Card, Ineligible List of Candidates for Fellowship Courses 2019
Chandigarh: The Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research Chandigarh (PGIMER) has released the Admit Card and Ineligible List of candidates of Various Fellowship Courses July 2019.
Candidates who are intending to pursue the Fellowship Courses from Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research Chandigarh can download admit card from the official website of the medical institute.

Important Dates
- Last date of submission of application: 31st May 2019
- Dates for depositing fee: 01st May to 31st May 2019
- Entrance Examination: 30th June 2019 (10.00 am)
- Declaration of the result: 01st July 2019 (12.00 Noon)
- Clinical/ Practical Exam: 02nd July 2019 (10.00 am)
- Counselling: 03rd July 2019 (03.00 pm)
The Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) Chandigarh was conceived in 1960 as a centre of excellence which would endeavour to develop patterns of teaching in postgraduate medical education in as many branches as possible and attempt to produce specialists in several disciplines of medicine.
It was also envisaged that these specialists would spread out in the country in various medical colleges and medical institutions and impart medical education of highest standard to the students and set up nucleus of excellence in their own institutions.
Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh was mandated to provide high quality Patient care, attain self-sufficiency in postgraduate medical education and to meet the country’s need for highly qualified medical teachers in all medical and surgical disciplines,provide educational facilities for the training of personnel in all important branches of health activity and undertake basic community based research.
