PGIMER Admissions 2016 online Application

The Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh has invited the applicants at online basis for the various courses in Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), Master of Science (MSc) in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), MSc Nursing, Master in Health Administration (MHA), Master of Public Health (MPH) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programme.

Interested applicants can apply onlne by april 2016.

Educational qualification:

MD/MS/MHA/MPH programmes: The candidates should possess a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Suregery (MBBS) degree from a recognised university or institute.


MDS programme: Candidate should have acquired a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from a recognised university or institute.


MSc Nursing programme: Candidates should have a Bachelor of Science(BSc) from a recognised university or institute.


Selection procedure: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the entrance examination.

Application fee:
The general and SC/ST candidates can make the payment of Rs 1,000 and Rs 800 respectively, for the registration procedure.
