    Gujarat: The Admission Committee for Professional Postgraduate Medical Education Courses (ACPPGMEC), Gandhinagar has published the Counselling Schedule for Mop Up Round for PG medical courses.


    Those students, who have given online consent for Mop-Up Round, will be allowed to participate in the mop-up round.

    The Venue is an auditorium, opp. New OPD building, civil hospital, GMERS Medical College Campus, Gandhinagar.


    The Admission Committee for Professional Postgraduate Medical Education Courses (ACPPGMEC), Gandhinagar is conducting the PG medical counselling for Gujarat based medical colleges.

    Note: No proxy and authority will be allowed in Mop-up round. Mop-up round is offline counselling process, so students must come in person as per the schedule of his/her merit numbers.


    Medical Dialogues earlier reported about the Instructions for Mop Up Round Counselling 2019:


    It is mandatory for all the candidates, who want to participate in the Mop-Up (offline) Round, to give ONLINE CONSENT for participation in the mop-up round.




    • The Mop-Up Round will be held between 4 May to 8 may, the detailed schedule will be announced later on the website. To take part in the Mop-Up Round you need to give consent between 27-Apr-2019 11:30 am to 01-May-2019 at 3.30 pm. You need to bring consent letter for the Mop-Up Round.


    For Mop-Up Round of counselling, there will be an increase in the number of PG seats in the subject of –


    (i) Pediatrics, Respiratory Medicine and other subject seats in PDU Medical College, Rajkot.


    (ii) General Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics and other subject seats in BJ Medical College, Ahmedabad.


    (iii) General Surgery, Anesthesia, Biochemistry, Community Medicine and other subject seats in Govt. Medical College, Bhavnagar.


    (iv) Some Subject in other Medical colleges also So, all students are advised to give consent for Mop-Up Round. Updated PG seat matrix will be uploaded on the website on 02/05/2019.
