PG Medical Admissions in Kerala going on: Check Counselling Schedule, Option Entry, Fee Details
Kerala: CEE Kerala has released the schedule for PG medical admissions in the state. CEE Kerala conducts examinations for UG and PG medical courses.
It is to be informed that all the eligible candidates including Service candidates who have applied for admission to PG Medical Courses-2019 in the State can register their options online through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in from 31.03.2019 to 05.04.2019, 5 pm.
- Candidates shall have to click the link 'PG Medical 2019-Candidate Portal' available in the above website and then enter the Application Number and Password, in order to access their home page.
- The candidates can then register their options online by clicking the link 'Option Registration' available in the home page.

The activities related to the First phase of Centralized Allotment to Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma Courses for the year 2019 will commence on 31.03.2019 (Sunday).
Some of the candidates have defects in their online application submitted/documents uploaded. Such candidates also can register their options online. But they will not be considered for allotment unless they upload the required documents to correct the defects through the above website before 5 pm on 03.04.2019.
The schedule of First Phase allotment is given below:
31.03.2019 | The opening of the option registration facility. |

08.04.2019 to 12.04.2019 | All candidates who get an allotment shall remit the fee shown in the Allotment Memo at selected branches of Post Office or by way of Online Payment and should join the course and college to which they are allotted along with the required documents and Fee Receipt. |
12.04.2019, 5.30 pm | All the college authorities should approve the list of admitted candidates through Online Admission Management System (OAMS). |
The list of Medical Colleges/Courses to which the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations makes allotment is provided in the Home page of the candidate. Candidates can give options as per their priority of the Course-College combinations in the options list.
Candidates are directed to take special care in giving options only to a Course-College combination if he/she is sure to join the course and college if allotted.
Options registered online alone will be considered for allotment to the courses. Options sent to the Office of the
Commissioner for Entrance Examinations via Post/Fax/E-mail will not be processed /considered for allotment to the courses.
Important: Candidates who seek admission under Minority/NRI quota in Self Financing Medical Colleges and Service quota in Government Medical colleges shall have to register options online to the desired courses/colleges along with other students during the time of online option registration for first phase itself. Candidates who do not register options shall not be considered for allotment under Minority/NRI/Service quota even if they are included in the respective category lists.
Candidates allotted to various courses and who remit the fee as prescribed should take admission in the college allotted as per the schedule prescribed by the CEE along with all the required documents mentioned under clause 10-2 of the Prospectus for Admission to PG Medical courses-2019 approved by the Government of Kerala and available in the website of Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
Candidates who do not remit the prescribed fees/take admission within the stipulated time will lose their allotment as well as the claims for further online allotments if any. No extension of time for remittance of fee/reporting to the college will be granted under any circumstances. The candidates are liable to pay an admission fee as prescribed by the University concerned at the time of admission.

*The fees in respect of Self Financing Medical Colleges is purely provisional and subject to changes. Candidates shall have to execute an undertaking to the respective institutions on a Bond paper of Rs. 200/- in Annexure III to G.O (Rt) No. 798/2019/H&FWD dated: 28.03.2019 stating that the difference in fee, if any, as per the decision of the Committee to be constituted under the Ordinance shall be paid by them within one month.
Note: SC/ST/OEC/Children of Fisherman/Inmates of Sri Chithra home, Nirbhaya home, Juvenile home candidates are exempted from payment of fees. However, they have to pay an amount of Rs.1000/- as the token of having accepted the allotment.
The allotment to Colleges / Courses will be subject to recognition of All India Regulatory Bodies / Affiliation from the Universities concerned.
